Delete your Secret Shot data
You can remove your account in the game or request help by email. This includes data linked through Facebook Login.
Delete your account in the game
- Open Secret Shot and connect to the internet using the account you want to remove.
- Finish or leave any active match and cancel matchmaking. Resolve any pending purchases. Account removal may be unavailable while a game or transaction is unsettled.
- Open Settings → Controls → Your account.
- If you want a copy first, choose Export private account data and keep the export somewhere private.
- Choose Prepare account removal. When preparation completes, choose Review removal.
- Read the consequences and choose Remove account to confirm, or Keep account to cancel.
- If the connection is interrupted, return to Your account and choose Check removal status. Wait for the completed status; a pending request is not confirmation that deletion has finished.
The server performs removal when the confirmed request succeeds. Starting over afterwards creates a separate account.
Request deletion without the app
Email raz@razrosh.com with the subject Secret Shot data deletion request. Include your in-game display name, your player ID if available, and the sign-in provider you used. Say whether you want the entire game account removed or only data associated with Facebook Login.
You do not need to reinstall the app to contact us. If you do not know your player ID, explain how you previously signed in. We will help identify the account and may request reasonable proof of ownership before making changes. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details or one-time sign-in codes. We will reply with the request's status and any further information needed, and handle it within applicable legal time limits.

Secret Shot uses your Facebook app-specific user ID and name for sign-in and account linking. Full account removal deletes the stored Facebook identity link. A pending sign-in ticket expires after five minutes and expired sign-in records are cleaned up when new sign-ins begin.
To revoke Facebook authorization as well, open Facebook settings, find Apps and Websites, select Secret Shot, and remove it. Menu labels can vary by Facebook version. Removing access in Facebook alone does not delete game data from Secret Shot; use the in-game steps or email above.
If you want only the Facebook link and associated data removed while retaining your game account, email us and specify that choice. We will verify ownership and explain any effect on future sign-in and account recovery.
What is removed and what remains
Completed account removal clears your personal profile and settings, provider identity links, device sign-in records, refresh sessions, equipped cosmetics, and player-associated session and diagnostic reports. Private completed-table data is redacted.
Limited settled game, virtual-economy, reward, item-ownership and purchase records remain without the removed personal profile to preserve transaction integrity, prevent abuse and address disputes or legal obligations. An internal account reference, the removal record and hashed device identifiers may remain to prevent accidental account recovery. Restricted support and administrative audit records may also remain, including earlier display names recorded during operator profile edits, for investigation and dispute handling. These records are not described as fully anonymous, and they do not restore access to the removed account.
Restricted database backups expire on a 30-day schedule and may retain earlier copies until expiration. Removal does not erase information held independently by Facebook, Google, Apple or another provider; contact that provider for requests concerning its records.
